How do I return an item?
If the product is new and unused you can return it to us for a refund within 90 days of receipt. Please visit our Returns section for more information on how to return a product.
Do you pay for my return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the costs associated with returning items for a refund. Please ship your return with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. Cycology will not be held liable for parcels lost during transit.
Please Note - Customers from Switzerland and Norway must attach the correct papers on the returned parcel -Shipping label, CN23 document and Original Invoice for customs clearance.
Can I exchange an item?
We are unable to process exchanges. If you require a different item, colour, or size, please place a new order and follow the directions for returning unwanted items for a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your returned item please allow 7 business days to process your refund. All refunds are credited back to your original payment method and you will receive an email notification of your refund.
