We sometimes discontinue products, so if you're still waiting for a size, please contact customer service to check if it's being restocked.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?

Every single product page has a sizing tool. Enter your own measurements for sizing recommendations.  If you are still not sure or think you might fall between two sizes please feel free to contact us.

WHERE CAN I BUY CYCOLOGY PRODUCTS IN STORE?

Cycology is an online store only. 

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SUCCESSFUL?

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed. You will receive a 2nd email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. If you have not received an email, please contact us.

CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, we cannot cancel or amend your order sorry.

I MADE AN ERROR IN MY ADDRESS, CAN YOU CORRECT IT?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order details once it has been processed. Our orders are fulfilled via a contracted fullfillment centre, so once orders enter their system, we cannot make any changes.

DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?

We have E Gift Cards with various values available. Once purchased, the Gift Card will be sent to the recipients email on the order. The unique code contained in the email can be redeemed at checkout.

WILL I INCUR FEES AND TAXES?

Goods shipped to EU countries have VAT paid by Cycology Clothing (VAT No. 262 4469 94).

Shipments sent outside the European Union might be subject to import duties and or taxes imposed by your country. These costs are your expense and please contact your local customs office for details.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

How long will my delivery take?

Please refer to our Shipping section for estimated express and standard delivery times.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link.

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

If the product is new and unused you can return it to us for a refund within 90 days of receipt. Please visit our Returns section for more information on how to return a product.

Do you pay for my return shipping?

Cycology does not offer free returns. Please ship your return with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.

Can I exchange an item?

We are unable to process exchanges. If you require a different item, colour, or size, please place a new order and follow the directions for returning unwanted items for a refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your returned item please allow 7 business days to process your refund. All refunds are credited back to your original payment method and you will receive an email notification of your refund.

WHERE ARE OUR PRODUCTS MADE

Our garments are manufactured in China.
When selecting manufacturing partners, we always search for companies who have the most experience in their field, as well as the quality and size of manufacturing to meet our high standards.
China is largely considered as one of the world's best manufacturers in terms of quality, accuracy, scale, and efficiency.
We have long-standing ties with the small number of manufacturers with which we operate, and we are confident in their employment procedures and manufacturing standards.

PRODUCT CARE

Please ensure you follow the care instructions on each garment label.

T Shirts - Please wash in cold water and do not tumble dry.

Cycling Jerseys - Close zippers and turn jersey inside out. Hand wash in cold or lukewarm water using mild detergents. If machine washing please use a wash bag on the delicate cycle. Dry garments flat or hanging. Do not tumble dry.

Fluro socks/Fluro baselayers/Grippers/Fluro anything - Please hand wash in cold water and mild detergent to preserve the colour. Dry preferably in the shade away from harsh sun. Fluro garments washed with dark colours can absorb dark dye in the water and this can turn fluoro colours greyge.
